Also, she didn't try to "sell" me on why I should use her vs other agents when we first met. Her expertise is what sold me and she consistently surpassed all of my (VERY high!) expectations!     Jennifer was super quick to get back to me when I contacted her via her website. She was really easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. I interviewed 3 realtors to sell my home in South Philly. Jennifer was the easiest to get along with and estimated that we would sell for way more money than the other realtors I spoke with. We went through the house together about what we could change before putting it on the market. She also connected me with someone to clean my house and get it ready for pictures.
